Mr. Brown managed several geotechnical investigation and construction support projects. He has had a three-year stint as a project engineer at Anderson Drilling, a well-regarded foundation constructor in California, where he accumulated considerable foundation construction experience including the use of proper construction technique, equipment and materials for different soil conditions.
As a senior design engineer at Earth Mechanics, he has conducted the geotechnical design and analysis and prepared many Foundation, Geotechnical Design and Materials Reports for bridge foundation design, embankment design, roadway pavement sections, culvert corrosion, and standard and special design soundwalls and retaining walls. A few of the projects that were constructed with Caltrans Review and Specifications include the North Torrey Pines Road Bridge, the SR-125 Toll Road, the I-15 over Los Penasquitos Creek, and the Sprinter-San Marcos Loop.
